Booking Policy

To ensure that my services run smoothly and efficiently, I kindly request that clients adhere to my cancellation and rescheduling policy. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
 
1. Free Consultation:

 To cancel and reschedule a free consultation, please provide at least 1-hour notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

 
2. Paid Service Consultation:

For paid service consultations, a minimum of 1-hour notice is needed to reschedule.

 
3. Cancellation for Paid Services:

Clients who cancel a paid service with at least 24 hours' notice can receive a full refund. If no notice is provided, it will be considered a no-show.

 
4. No-Shows:

I understand that unexpected situations arise and no-shows can happen. If clients could communicate any schedule changes as soon as they're aware, it would be greatly appreciated. For no-shows, a 10% fee will be retained. However, this fee can be waived if you choose to reschedule and commit to the upcoming appointment instead of canceling. To receive the remaining amount as a refund after the first no-show, clients must inform me within 15 days if they are not planning to reschedule.

 
5. Second No-Show:

In the event of a second no-show, a 15% fee will be retained. Clients must inform me within 15 days from the date of the second no-show to receive the remaining amount refunded. If no response is received within this 15-day window, only 50% of the booking charge will be refunded, and the matter will be finalized.

Payment Terms and Conditions
​

a. Payment Period Acknowledgment: Upon approval of the service, clients have a grace period of 15 days from the date of the invoice issuance to settle the full payment.

b. Late Fee Notice: Failure to complete payment within the 15-day period from the invoice date will result in a late fee amounting to 5% of the total invoice.

c. Deposit Requirement: Services exceeding a total of $100 require an upfront deposit constituting up to 25% of the total service charge. The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days following the project completion date.
